Online Therapy

The Couples Center of the Pioneer Valley provides expert online couples counseling for couples who live in Massachusetts or overseas.

Currently because of COVID -19, all our business is online, allowing you to attend couples therapy with one of our relationship experts from the comfort of your home or office.

Many couples are in crisis now, forced to shelter together 24/7, often with kids, overwhelmed with figuring out how to restructure your lives.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

We have got your back. Contact us and we’ll help you immediately.

Finding an expertly trained couples therapist in your community in normal circumstances can be challenging. Finding expert, seasoned help for your relationship in a crisis time may seem impossible. We are here, we are seasoned and we are ready to help.

You may think, "Find time for coupes therapy? With my schedule?!"  Add to that what may seem like the impossible task of finding one whose schedule matches yours and your partner's, child care, and commute time. Many people are choosing to meet with counselors online to access top quality services conveniently and easily, without the commute.  Online couples counseling can help you save on time, travel costs and lost time from work, and give you access to our specialized team and services from the convenience of your home.

While we strongly believe in the benefits of online therapy, we also support in-person couples therapy and believe online therapy should only be used when appropriate. Not all couples will benefit from online couples therapy. Contact us and we’ll help you determine if online couples therapy is a good fit for you.

Online Couples Therapy is not typically recommended for you if you or your partner are struggling with:

An undisclosed, ongoing or very recent affair

Low motivation regarding the therapy process.

Active addiction (drugs, alcohol, etc.)

Serious violence in your relationship, threats of serious violence, or fear of serious violence on the part of one or both partners

Untreated, diagnosable mental illness (bipolar, psychotic disorders and major clinical depression), not including mental health conditions that are currently stable and/or in remission

Suicidal or homicidal thoughts, or a history of serious harm inflicted on another person
