CJ (pronouns: she/her/hers) is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and educator with experience working with individuals, groups and couples. Her experience over the last 10 years includes working both in person and digitally with folks from all different walks of life, including the LGBTQ community, the law enforcement community, trauma survivors, couples experiencing infidelity and loss, those struggling with eating disorders and addiction and people who feel stuck.
CJ believes seeking therapy takes courage. As such, she brings compassion, warmth, respect and openness to the process. CJ strives to hold space for people while working to develop new perspectives and tools to cope with challenging experiences, life transitions, and to change old and counter productive ways of seeing and being. Together, CJ works to help people find a sense of peace within themselves and connection within their intimate relationships. The goal of therapy is to close the gap between the life you have and the life you want. CJ works to create a safe space to engage in that work together.
