Jamie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Massachusetts and Colorado. She has provided mental health services since 2013. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings from outpatient offices and schools to in-home therapy and a residential safe house. She has worked directly with those who have been impacted by anxiety, depression, grief and loss, transition stressors, trauma, marital and family issues, as well as assisted those in the LGBTQ+ community.
She tailors her treatment modality to fit the specific needs of the couples whom she serves. She uses an integrative approach comprised of The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. As a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, Jamie has extensive experience using creative methods to support individuals and couples.
