Online Therapist for Individuals & Couples
We are hiring for a unique position, seeing individuals, and couples exclusively online from the comfort of your home or office anywhere in Massachusetts. The position is ideal for someone who wants to work clinically from home, not worry about creating referrals, and has comfort with working in an online format. Some referrals will include individual work with members of couples being seen by other therapists in our small, close-knit community of clinicians.
You: A bright, motivated licensed in Massachusetts clinician looking to join a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere, in a busy small group private practice setting. You are inspired and excited by learning new things and have an avid interest in working in a systems-oriented model, collaboratively with others, as well as bringing your own particular blend of skills to the table. You have a minimum of 1-year post-licensure clinical experience and a high commitment to lifelong learning, teamwork, and professional growth. You hold a mental health license in the state of Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Ph.D., Psy.D., Ed.D., and can demonstrate experience and comfort with a wide range of issues, including trauma, addictions, and concerns unique to LGBTQ-identified clients. You have comfort with or are willing to develop comfort with working with couples in an online format using HIPPA compliant platforms, seeing Massachusetts based clients.
Us: The Couples Center of the Pioneer Valley (CCPV) is dynamic, growing team-oriented group practice focusing on treating relationship issues using the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. We are a wonderful home for clinicians who want to practice in a private practice but don’t want the work and frustrations of running their own practice.
The position: This position is for a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week online and requires availability between the hours of 3:30 and 9 pm and/or a weekend day.
Access to individual and team trainings and bi-weekly group consultation will be provided by a licensed Psychologist, LICSW, and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

In depth personal training, group and individual; Access to extensive training and skill building in trauma treatment, addictions, the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Discernment Counseling and Managed Separations for couples on the brink of divorce, trauma informed couples’ therapies, and issue specific treatments for affair recovery, stepfamilies/blended families, etc.

This position requires a minimum of 20 hours a week, including 3 afternoons/evenings per week or weekend hours.
