Work Smarter, Not Harder
A webinar with Katherine Waddell, LMFT, Co-Director of the Couples Center of the Pioneer Valley
Summer is a great time to have a little more spaciousness in our work lives, and to think about how you want to change your practice and create more ease, flexibility, and better income for yourself.
Whether you are relatively new to private practice, or someone has been around for a very long time, this webinar will help you identify ways to structure your work differently to allow you more freedom, flexibility, and time off - and often can be more effective for your clients. These techniques can work whether you are seeing self-pay clients only or insurance clients only or a mix.
Some of the topics we will cover are:
What are the possibilities for working outside of the 50 minute hour?
How can I maximize getting my clients to take the work seriously and doing the work themselves instead of me working harder than they are?
If I am early in my career how can I set myself up now not to just be working a daily grind for not enough money?
If I am a later career person who is considering options for cutting back or even phasing out but don’t want to lose money, what can I do?
This is an introductory workshop to start thinking about how to work smarter, not harder, earn more money, and be less burnt out. If you like the concepts, and want more, this very affordable webinar will be followed up by a series of workshops on how to build the private practice of your dreams.
